Coconut butter is uncommon because of its consistency. Depending on the temperature and air humidity  it can be soft, fluid, and even solid as a rock.  Frequently  on the surface of the oil separates. All this is happening because it is a completely natural product with no artificial additives. It is desirable to stir  it from time to time. To be shown in its full glory, sometimes it needs to be heated and mixed to make it easier  to use. This can be done in a warm oven, microwave , warm water ... The oil from the butter becomes liquid at a temperature higher than 25 degrees Celsius,  only slight heating  is enough.  In this way,  all  well known beneficial properties of coconut is kept.  Coconut oil has long been known for its healing properties and is the major part of butter. Like other vegetable oils it is also flammable, so you should be careful when heated.  It should not be kept in the microwave for more than ten ,maximum  15 seconds. If you heat the butter in the original glass bottles, be sure to remove the metal cover. This is especially important when using a microwave .

Coconut butter is not necessary to refrigerate. It is completely stable at room temperature if it is not exposed to direct sunlight.

 Coco  fans can also enjoy coconut by simply smearing  it on bread or combine it with  favorite jam, honey, tahini,  on pancakes, used as a dressing  for  fruit salads.

It is an excellent supplement for dough, an irreplaceable ingredient in the Eastern cuisines and it is often added to curries or soups. It's a wonderfull spread of roasted chicken. Mixed with poppy seeds, we get a tasty treat for which some claim to improve sleep. It can be added to musli, oatmeal, popcorn dressing. It can be added to coffee, shakes or hot cocoa instead of milk.

The simplest drink that can be made from coconut butter is coconut milk. Pour hot water in blender and add by your own taste   coconut butter until the desired consistency is reached. If you want to sweeten your  milk, you can add  honey, vanilla, spices, ice cubes ... The possibilities are limited only by your imagination. You can store it for a couple of days in the fridge.

Frozen bananas and honey ice creamis made by freezing  well riped banana previously chopped into rings, we throw in a little stronger blender, with a teaspoon of coconut butter and sweeten it with honey. We blend it  altogether  and that's it!

 Similarly, real chocolate - coconut pudding is made: Two ripe bananas, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 3 tablespoons of coconut butter, 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon coconut flour is blended together and sweetened with stevia or other sweetener by  taste.

Spread that can be used as a mayonnaise is made by  blending  ½ cup of coconut butter, ½ cup of warm water, ¼ cup of extravirgin  olive  oil, 3-4 cloves of garlic and a little sea salt. Leave in the fridge for half an hour.

 Cocoa butter can be used as a natural makeup remover or face mask. If you add a bit of Himalayan sea salt, it can serve as a skin peeler. Two tablespoons of coconut butter mixed with a  teaspoon of  extravirgin olive oil  is a fantastic moisturizer  for dry skin, elbows, knees, and even lips. Butter mixed with a little sea salt or baking soda can be used for teeth whitening.
